Graphic Lab FAQGraphic Lab FAQ

Q: How can I upload my files?

For printing your images with the best quality, we recommend lossless file formats such as PNG, TIF, EPS, PDF, high-res JPEG, or a native file type from your imaging software (AI, PSD, INDD, QXD, etc.) with a resolution of at least 300 dpi and .25" of bleed.

Files smaller than 15 MB can be uploaded via our quote form. For multiple or larger files, you can connect to Graphic Lab's FTP with an application like Filezilla or Cyberduck on Mac OS. Log in using the following information:

Q: I am unable to pick up my order right now. Can I get it later or can you bring it to me?

Of course! Our front counter is open for pick-up until 5:30pm on weekdays. Orfor an additional cost have one of our messengers deliver it straight to your Manhattan location. We are also happy to ship your job and will require an account ID from any major shipper such as FedEx or UPS.

Q: I want to print my logo on my t-shirt's sleeve. Is this possible?

For most solid-color logos and names, we can create and apply vinyl-adhesive shapes to virtually any place on your garment. The vinyl is heat-transferred right at our shop.

For photos and other full-color images, our DTG machine allows us to print vivid colors directly onto fabric. It can print on the front or back of your t-shirt, or any flat 13x19" area of fabric. The inks must be heat-set, which means the fabric must withstand temperatures up to 170°F, however this is fine for most garments.
